Wildhorse Eviction Policy
Wildhorse may evict a patron for conduct that violates applicable laws or policies, threatens or causes harm to Wildhorse patrons or staff or damage to their property, or to Wildhorse property, or disrupts Wildhorse operations.  The basis for, scope and term of, and right of appeal from the eviction shall be set forth in an Eviction Notice that shall be provided to the patron at the time of eviction.  Any gaming prizes, winnings or jackpots occurring during the eviction period shall not be paid to the patron and will be forfeited.  In addition, a patron found on a Wildhorse Property in violation of an Eviction Notice may be subject to prosecution for trespass. Gaming at Wildhorse Resort and Casino is restricted to persons aged 21 and above (ages 18 and above for Bingo and Poker).  We have no intention to collect any personal information from anyone under gaming age. Offers, promotions, or contests we conduct are not open to persons under 21 (ages 18 and above for Bingo, Poker and Social Media).  We reserve the right to verify age at any time for any reason and may reject anyone who does not produce legal, valid identification upon request.  If a minor has provided us with personal information such as name, address, telephone number or email address, their parent or guardian should contact us as provided below to identify all information to be removed.
